People seemed to enjoy the video I posted the other month of Penzance in the 1960s, so here’s some more grainy black and white footage of Cornwall that’s come my way – this time with some fairly surreal narration.

My favourite is the guy at the end who can travel to Land’s End. Was there really a scene at Land’s End? Wouldn’t exactly be a centre for alternative culture these days, but presumably back then it was a bit quieter. Bleak, in fact.
Thanks for your DM on Twitter. Strange to think that those kids must now be around 70 – born during world war 2 or even before.
Would be great to have some ‘where they got to’ info about them. (Apart from Wizz Jones, obviously – no mystery about his career.)
